Depending on what style BBQ you like, but these recipes will dip into a little bit of everything. First we will start with our side dishes. Corn on the cob and Garlic Butter Shrimp. Your corn on the cob you are going to want to leave it in its husk and soak your ears in a bucket of water for about 24 hours. Then when you are ready to cook, continue to leave them in there husks and put them on the grill on low heat and cook, roll them on the grill about every 5 minutes to prevent burning, for about 45 minutes. Then remove, peel back the husks, add butter if preferred, and enjoy. Your next side dish, the garlic butter shrimp. You will start by putting your uncook shrimp on sckewers, about 6 on each stick with 10 sticks. Then you will melt a stick of butter with a tablespoon of minced garlic in the bowl. Put the shrimp on the grill, on low heat, and baste them with the butter, flip about every 3-5 minutes, with basting everytime you flip. Continue basting and flipping for about 15 minutes and then let finish cooking until all shrimp are pink and curled up. Then for your main course which is home made grilled chicken wings. Your grill will be on low heat and place the uncooked chicken wings on the grill and let cook for an hour, with flipping them every 5 minutes. After about 55 minutes, melt a stick of butter with a 1/2 cup of Franks Red Hot. Then you will baste the chicken wings for about 10 minutes with the sauce, making sure you baste each side twice.
